Your credit card security is of paramount importance to us.

We use SagePay to securely process your card transaction.  We do not hold or store your card details and neither can we access them as they are all processed remotely by SagePay.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software we use at the time of ordering and our web site is securely hosted to ensure you are confident of our security measures. Credit Card numbers are immediately encrypted upon submission. Numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.

We will confirm receipt of your order automatically through our system via email so if you do not receive an email from us, please do get in touch as the order may have gone missing. Clear Prospects Ltd are keen to protect you against fraud and have introduced new measures to help your own protection. In addition to the normal security measures as requested by the bank, we may on occasion email you to request that you fax us proof of identification. This should be in the form of a recent bank statement, utility bill or other form of official identification which includes your residential address. This must be the same address as listed with your credit card provider. This is simply to further safeguard against credit card fraud and this measure will be requested for all overseas, and the majority of larger value U.K. deliveries.

You are also given the choice of sending your credit card details offline via telephone or fax, or by post. Payment may also be made by cheque (drawn on a UK bank in Sterling) and posted to us at the address shown on our contact page.
