POSTAGE OPTIONS EXPLAINED

We despatch orders Monday to Friday each working day and are only occasionally behind (sometimes on busy Mondays). We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible though almost always within 1-5 days of you ordering.

If your order is urgent or required by a certain date, we always prioritise OVERNIGHT delivery option orders. Please see below.

We scan your order and email you during each stage through processing your order right through to final despatch so you will always know where we are up to.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE ?

Our system collates the weight of the products you want to order and charges accordingly. Simply put into the shopping basket any items you are considering buying and you will automatically be shown the postage options and costs. You select which option you want at the "Checkout" stage in case you want to continue shopping.

COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE

We recognise that some people want to arrange to collect their parcel with your own courier or call in to collect from our warehouse.  Please quote your order number on all collections as your ID otherwise the parcel will not be released and do not come in to collect until you have seen the final email saying your order has been despatched (which will mean it is ready to collect).  Please only come in from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday or call to arrange an alternative time.

UK STANDARD DELIVERIES

  • Once we have scanned your order as despatched:
  • 1st class post can take 1 to 4 days in our experience irrespective of what Royal Mail may say. We often send parcels recorded delivery so you may have to sign for the parcel on arrival.
  • We do not recommend 2nd class postage though appreciate this is usually the cheapest option. Royal Mail have been known to take up to a week to deliver 2nd class and we find they lose 2nd class parcels more often at busy times like Christmas which can cause inconvenience to you.
  • The Royal Mail now charge by weight and size of parcel which is why other delivery methods are sometimes more cost effective or you may see costs that you feel may look high. Some of our products such as the WheatyBags are rather heavy don't forget.

UK OVERNIGHT and EXPRESS DELIVERIES

We have a cut off time of 1pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. Orders placed after this time may be despatched the following day though if your order is really urgent, please call us and we will do our best to send out your parcel.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery will deliver by 1pm the following working day after your order is despatched Monday to Friday.
  • If you require delivery on a Saturday, please use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service or the appropriate courier option.
  • Any orders placed at the weekend (Saturday or Sundays) will be processed and despatched on Monday.
  • Courier services are on 24 hour delivery Monday to Friday only and may be delivered at any time up to 6pm.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

  • All orders are sent by Royal Mail signed for postal services unless a courier service is shown and selected. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. If no delivery option is shown, please do get in touch in case we have not yet set up the country you require for delivery as we do aim to make our delivery options available anywhere in the world.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ?

We will process your order as soon as we can which is almost always within 1 to 4 business days even if it is a personalised item. UK deliveries will take from 1 to 7 days depending on the service you select at the time of your order as a guide. International orders are generally delivered in 14 to 21 days.

If your order is urgent, the only guaranteed despatch service is to select one of our overnight services where we will process your order ahead of the rest.  If it placed before 1pm we will usually send out the same day for you where possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED ?

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Claims after this time cannot usually be considered by our delivery companies so it is important to get in touch with us quickly if the parcel is damaged. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Please retain any packaging and if it looks like it has been tampered with, please take a quick photo if you can to help us.

MISSING PARCELS

  • Occasionally parcels may go missing though this is usually out of our control so we appreciate your understanding.
  • For UK deliveries please allow 1 week to go by after the despatch email date on all normal delivery service parcels and we will investigate your missing item.  Please get in touch within a couple of days if you have sent the item on express or overnight delivery.
  • If an overseas parcel is missing, the postage service cannot process a claim until 15 to 20 days has passed since the despatch date. You can contact us at any time during this period to let us know of your missing item though we will not be able to process any claim for a missing overseas parcel until 20 days has passed from the despatch date.
