Clear Prospects Ltd want you to be entirely happy with the goods you buy from us and the service you receive.

Generally we accept returns for goods which are in perfect saleable condition, unused, and that are returned to us safely within 7 days from the original purchase date.

Your rights are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive meaning that you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.

Your refund will be paid within a reasonable period of time once the goods are actually received back with us - usually within a couple of days of receipt. We can only refund to the same card or payment method that you chose when placing your order as the refund will be made directly via our secure card processing system.

Personalised items

We are sorry but we cannot refund any items that have been personalised within the order.  If we have made a mistake when personalising your item, we will send a replacement out as soon as we can after you have notified us of our mistake.  If you have made an error when typing your order, we can not usually correct the error due to the manufacture and printing methods we use and therefore we ask that you place a new order to replace these items.

Refund of postage

If an item is returned unused and within our time period above because you are not satisfied with the goods then we will refund the initial postage for your order (at our discretion).  We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs incurred when you return items to us.

Important Information

Please make sure that you send any goods back to us with a posting service that insures the value of the goods. If the goods are returned but not received here at our offices, we cannot refund you and you would have to enter into lengthy tracking of the goods with the Royal Mail or whoever you have sent them with.

Signed for service with insurance to the value of the goods is always recommended. These terms apply to your order and we may change our terms and conditions from time to time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
