Large warehouses and packing facilities often have metal detectors for staff to pass through for reasons of stock security or for production reasons to avoid metal part contamination. Staff often wear clothing belts that always have a metal buckle which will set off any metal detectors and cause a significant waste of man-hours in checking the person with security.
Metal Detector Friendly Belts are a low cost product that people can be requested to use instead of personal belts from home that will stop the triggering of alarm bells unnecessarily. Significant time is therefore saved knowing that personnel searches avoid many false alarms.
Our belts are made from polyprop webbing which is very strong with black plastic buckles and clasps that can be used time and time again. Although not a fashion accessory, the belts are also offered in a range of colours and materials from the smallest of minimum orders.

Can this product be made to a special size that is not shown on your web site option?
Yes. We make this product to order and can, if required consider a bespoke size if you don't see a size that's suitable. We might have to charge a bespoke pattern set up fee though do get in touch beforehand to see if this would be applied and if we can make your requested size.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.
Please get in touch if you are in a rush before ordering.
Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.
The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.
Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.
You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.
NB If you cannot see "Printed Sample" as an option in this product listing, please contact us so we can add it for you urgently ready to order online.
Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
