I live in an elderly persons complex. My friend Joyce has chronic arthritis and is always wheezy. She saw an advert for 'heat pads' and asked me to get her one for her neck. I looked on line and saw your wonderful wheatbags that could go in a microwave. I chose purple as it's her favorite colour. Customer service was excellent as Michael gave me great advice regarding the fabric type and how hard wearing it was. The final article was exactly what I needed, the sash did not slip off the shoulders like my previous 'satin' ones and my team, who had to wear them, said how much better they were. Really good quality. The sashes arrived in very good time, only a couple of days after placing my order, so thank you very much to Michael and his team for delivering a quality item. Physio suggested heat for a back issue and after a bit of research I opted for the large square pad. Really happy with it, well manufactured, pretty odourless, retains heat very well. Absolutely loved these masks! I wanted a canvas set off pictures for a family birthday holiday to celebrate a 75th, 66th, 60, 2 x 30 and 1 year old. i got the pictures and downloaded. Bought the bag for dog's arthritis and joint problems. It needs some slight adjustments to stop it slipping off his shoulder when he moves. Some Velcro attachment to another wheaty bag is the solution so it will drape over his back and not slide off. (Mrs Janes, 22/05/2026)

Fantastic little gift idea, I took this on a stag do to play a game with, drop it in someone’s drink and they have to down that drink (start with the stag of course) then they have the power of the chip! Speedy responses to my questions and they actively contacted me once I uploaded my image to say it wasn’t suitable for the template I’d chosen. They then recommended an alternative and only charged extra postage (item was bigger). The item arrived with no issues. It was a birthday banner I ordered for a party. I’d say the paper it was printed on was thin. I wouldn’t have liked to have used it again…but I didn’t intend to anyway. Otherwise happy with service and product. (Kev, 21/05/2026)

This was a unique product which gave me the opportunity to add photos of my grandchildren onto a keepsake cushion I made for my daughter. I've had a wheaty bag for many years, it's a lifeline when I have back pain or migraines. I recently needed to replace mine as I'd worn it out but somehow accidentally damaged the new one after only a week, using a friend's microwave. I wanted somethig funny for my great friend who is doing a charity cycle ride of 2,500km from the UK to Southern Spain (approx 100 miles / 160km a day for 16 days. I ordered a saddle cover with my face on - and I was really impressed with the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery (I'd left it late!). We have a bag with lots of presents in and he's picking one a day randomly, and today he picked this out - and he utterly loved it and it cheered him up on a day of very tough climbs!! We ordered masks of our friends to take on cruise with us, they should have been coming with us but unfortunately due to illness we’re unable to travel. So they didn’t miss out everywhere we went on the cruise we took photos of us in the masks and posted them to our friends! It was a brilliant idea. I was panicking as they didn’t arrive, I contacted customer services and they quickly sent out another one free of charge, I eventually found the one originally shipped, Royal Mail had put it in a bizzar place! So it was royal mails issue and not happy snappy gifts!! Correspondence with customer services was excellent and it’s a great product at a good price, would definitely use them again. !!
