Each HappySnapGift® Photo Gift Cushion is Made in the UK to order here in our Lancashire factory and we utilise state of the art printing methods to ensure a product you'll be really happy with. Our personalised Photo Cushion is available in two distinct sizes and we recommend the larger size to those whose photographs are high resolution or taken on a modern camera.
We fill all of our made to order cushions with hypoallergenic, regulation compliant (BS5852) polyester fibre.

Personalised Cushions - We ordered two for as a sentimental, as well as a Christmas present. We hade a slight issue with the picture on one of the cushions. Sent them an email on the 24th December and this was resolved instantly. This all happened over the Christmas period and new cushion arrived on the 27th. WOW. The customer service is second to none. Fantastic Quality Photo Cushion - After lots of searching and reading of reviews from a number of companies I ordered a personalised pet photo cushion. The quality was fantastic, a nice clear photo and super soft fabric finish, like short soft fur, along with sturdy stitching. Ideal for pet photos. A lovely gìft to my parents in these times when we can't meet in person - I haven't actually seen the chshion myself yet but my parents are very pleased with their surprise gift of a picture of their great greatson on a cushion.My mum said the colours are vibrant,the picture is clear and the fabric nice to touch.

Removable Covers: If you purchase this Product with the option for "Removable Cover" for cleaning, the outer removable cover will be supplied in the fabric and colour of your choice. The inner pack will be manufactured from a fabric and colour of our choice depending on supplies available at the time of manufacture (usually our natural value cotton fabric depending on the product).
We recommend cleaning marks with a damp cloth.
- Cleaning with a damp sponge or cloth will be the best way to clean any dirty marks off this product.
- Cushions are filled with a luxury polyester fibre that creates a lovely "loftiness" that will bounce back to life.
- If you wash the cushion in the washing machine, the fibres tend to move about and clump up which might spoil the look of your cushion.
- The print on the outer fabric will not run.
What happens if the Lux. Fibre gets wet or is washed in the machine?
- No harm will come to the polyester fibre in theory, getting it wet is inadvisable though don't panic, just dry it out normally at room temperature though don't put it in the dryer.
- We found on testing that if you do put the cushion in the washing machine, it will dry out ok though the tumbling in the washing machine tends to make the fibres all clump together and become less evenly spaced in the cushion.
FAQs
What type of Fibre is used to fill our cushion & pillow Products?
Generally speaking, we use a luxury, spiral twisted and smooth-coated polyester fibre (Lux.) to fill our cushion products. Normal fibre can become lumpy over time but ours will bounce back time and again and has the benefit of being Hypoallergenic.
Does the Lux. Fibre have a Fire Rating?
Yes. We buy our fibre only from a trusted UK source that has their fibre meet the Furniture (Fire) (Safety) Regulations (BS5852). We regularly obtain updated certificates to check the latest batches meet the current requirements.
What happens if the Lux. Fibre gets wet or is washed in the machine?
No harm will come to the polyester fibre in theory, getting it wet is inadvisable though don't panic, just dry it out normally at room temperature though don't put it in the dryer.
