Promotional Pillow Wraps are used typically by bed retailers to help protect pillows shown on beds displayed in their shops from the public testing out and lying on the beds. Pillows however are a perfect way for a bedding or pillow brand to promote their products and offers and with these full colour fabric wraps, we have the ability to supply a product that will last and also promote a brand without detracting from how comfortable a pillow may be.
Traditionally manufactured from paper or soft pvc each of which has their issues as paper simply rips and needs to be thrown away, and pvc is expensive to produce as a wrap and also stops the customer seeing how comfortable a pillow is in use in the store.
By using our mock suede cushion fabric, we have the ability to create a pillow wrap and print the front with a full colour image and brand message but also allowing a potential customer to use the pillow to see how comfortable a pillow is from the brand.
Each promotional product pillow wrapper is made from our luxury mock-suede fabric, is printed using the dye-sub process meaning it caters for full (photography) design printed images, and the fabric will not fray naturally so has no need for hemming unless required.
Each pillow wrap is made to order in the UK and minimum order quantities start from just 1 unit.

Polyester Photo & Logo Printed Fabrics
When your product is printed you will see the image will be stunning, as good as the image you have sent us almost. The image will not run or fade over time as the print is infused (dyed) into the very fabric itself and will not damage the image when it gets wet or damp.
- 100% Polyester Fabric used for the Printed Fabric.
- CARELESSNESS CAUSES FIRE.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
Products made with Luxury Polyester Mock-Suede Photo Fabric Option
- If your product is made from (or has the option of choosing) Luxury Polyester Mock-Suede Photo Fabric, the fabric has a fire rating for safety and full details can be supplied on request. Please note this fire application is water-soluble and will wash off if the fabric is washed or gets wet.
FAQs
Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.
We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.
The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.
Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.
You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.
NB If you cannot see "Printed Sample" as an option in this product listing, please contact us so we can add it for you urgently ready to order online.
Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
