Good sized pack for neck warming - Ordered this for someone with Parkinson's on advice of their neurophysio to warm and loosen neck muscles before doing physio neck exercises. Pack is well made, with a good weight to it and retains heat well. We found this extra large oblong pack wrapped around the neck well, sitting higher than other packs. It's weight means it is less likely to slip off if wearer moves around a bit. Also appreciated the fact it has been made in the UK. Dispatch and delivery very quick. (Rachel B, 11/01/2025)

We found the oblong pack (49cmx15cm), which we also ordered, is better for the neck itself as it sits higher and wraps around the neck better. Also appreciated the fact it has been made in the UK. Stunning bauble - I am delighted with this personalised bauble which arrived very quickly after ordering. The bauble was in memory of my mum who passed away a few months ago. Everyone has admired the shiny bauble on my tree asking where I purchased it from. Having colours to choose from is an added bonus. Bagpuss - Bagpuss is lovely. He is very soft, smells beautiful, and heats up nicely. He might need a few extra seconds in the microwave, but I keep to the instructions. A neat, colour matching and 'flush' fit neck pillow. - Well fitting, great design Neck Pillow, which, after some really well worth effort into fitting any of the whole range of coloured covers around the strong pillow, gives you in return, a real clutter-less resting pillow. I even should not have worried - the air valve plops under the pillow surface with a fully flush result. Breath-blow it hard, less hard, or soft according your need - it is all perfectly possible ! Personalised mug - This was a secret santa present for my boss' boss (pressure). It's a good sized mug, looks and feels nice.
