Very pleased with heat pack - Placed my order online but had an issue at checkout so couldn't complete the order. Excellent customer service to help me complete the order and checking all details and photos were received. Gift for my sister - I bought this cushion for my sister with a picture of her cat on it. She absolutely loves it! It was a little bit smaller than I was expecting but still a good size. My son is going to burst when he sees his cushion!!! - We are on holiday when my son turns 6 & he really wants the dog to come.. as pets aren’t alllowed on cruises we have got him a photo shape cushion of our dog! Great gift and a happy family! - I bought the face cushions, both sizes. We have four children so I bought 4 standard ones and four super large ones, all four children twice. They were supposed to be a present for my wife - who loves them - but the children spend more time with them, playing / cuddling / punching them and so on. It is a great idea for a present. We have had many positive comments from friends. The cushions themselves are a decent quality. Three photos came out well, full-frontal face shots. The fourth has a shadow across his face, which makes it less than perfect. This was our fault, since he was under a tree when we took the photo, but what is barely noticeable in the original picture is easy to spot when it's blown up several times. So, I'd advise you make sure the photos show a full face without any kind of light difference. Nonetheless, we are still delighted with this product. (Alex, 06/04/2019)

Lovely gift! - Really great quality of the fleece cover and the photo quality (I used photos taken about 15 years ago) and even better that you can opt for a free hot water bottle with it as well. Precious memories - This is the second cushion I have purchased from Happy snap gifts. The 1st was a gift for a friend, which she loved. This one is more personal though. My dad passed away a few months ago and so I wanted a special memory cushion. I’m really happy with my cushion, the photos are really clear and bright.
