At last - a luggage strap that stays where it should! - bought these elasticated straps as the ones I had used previously always worked loose. Fabulous Luggage Straps - Great present at a great price.I bought a personalised luggage strap which featured pictures of my friends dog as she would miss him while she was travelling for a month. Excellent customer service - I ordered 4 straps and one had the initials transposed. I emailed with the problem and it was rectified speedily. It's easy to give good service when there's no problems but it's a better measure of quality service when you see how they rectify problems. Great value photo cushion with perfect delivery - This photo cushion was a present for my sister. She lives in India, so I thought to ship her something for her birthday from the UK would be really expensive, but it was very good value from happysnap. As well as this, the photo cushion itself is much better value than from other retailers which made me slightly nervous, but came out with such good quality- she absolutely loves it! Really fun gift.
