My Mum uses this every day - Got this for my Mum for her birthday as she often has a tight neck and shoulders and usually struggles with one standard long shaped heat bag and alternates between her shoulder and neck. As described, swift delivery - Purchased for 2 parents - one with a trapped tendon and the other with osteo-arthritis. Both arrived very quickly and as ordered (smelling lovely as I ordered with lavender scent.) This size just sits on the top of the shoulders (so no heat around shoulder blades) but can be folded to give additional heat heigher up the neck (Jane, 28/03/2018)
