Broken Birthday mug !

I ordered a xl photo mug for a mate's 30th birthday. I was gutted when it arrived and it was broken. I sent an e-mail with a photo to the customer services and they sent me a new photo mug ! No extra charge. My mate was chuffed with it.

Small Wheatbag Ideal For Jaw Ache!

I purchased this item for a recurring jaw ache and found it to be great for easing that as well as other muscular areas (Shoulder etc).
Pop it in the microwave for 45 secs and you're good to go.
Highly recommend.

Great Photo Face Masks

Great product, really good value. Would highly recommend having the option for 'Finished Masks' so that they are pre-cut out. I certainly wouldn't have been able to cut them out individually with such precision. All I had to do was attach the elastics.

Wheat Bag Back and Shoulder Heating Pad

I get a lot of upper/middle backache and found most wheat bags are just a long and straight shape which makes placing them and keeping them on my back into a fine art. This back and shoulder pad is perfect - easily placed and I can move around whilst wearing it. I would have preferred a bit more filling to make the heat effect last longer but it only takes 2 minutes to warm up in the microwave so that's not a big deal.

Bought a cat head cushion for a friends birthday gift. The kitty in question was a Sphynx cat, doing a big yawn. The resulting cushion was hilarious and terrifying. The cushion was well made, good quality, and the image print was great. Best gift I have ever bought someone 😂

I got this for my father for Father’s Day and it has received quite a few laughs since it was a somewhat comical picture, but it came perfect and like the picture I had given. The small version is about the size of a large crow and looks funny from the back as in my case resembles a penguin.
