Comforting - Love the fact that the bag stays put on my shoulders unlike the normal rectangular one I had been using (from another supplier!). I also enjoy the weight of the bag which encourages me to consciously relax my shoulders - I have a tendency to hunch them, which really doesn't help the arthritis! (Sara, 06/08/2017)

Very comfortable - Bought these to treat blepharitis/ dry eye as diagnosed by my optician. Seem to be doing the job in conjunction with Viscotears and in addition - it's very relaxing spending up to 10 minutes with a warm eye mask in place! (Edna Ewan, 04/08/2017)
