Really comfy and ideal if you want to move around - Having previously used a long heat pack for my neck, I could only use it when sitting still. The neck and shoulder heat pack sits nicely around the neck and shoulders and allows one to move around while using it. Being larger, it also spreads the heat over a greater area. Bliss - I purchased this on behalf of my mother. She was advised to buy one after seeing a physiotherapist, who she was referred to after suffering neck pain,and to apply prior to doing recommended neck exercises. Best ever in-flight cushion - I bought a new one recently to replace the JetRest I had had for years and loved for its softness, comfort and user-friendliness. It's so light and rolls up in a moment to pack away. I use it as a neck support and pillow on flights, and a pillow in hotels. Definitely miles better than the more rigid bulky offerings available.
