Really comfy and ideal if you want to move around - Having previously used a long heat pack for my neck, I could only use it when sitting still. The neck and shoulder heat pack sits nicely around the neck and shoulders and allows one to move around while using it. Being larger, it also spreads the heat over a greater area. Bliss - I purchased this on behalf of my mother. She was advised to buy one after seeing a physiotherapist, who she was referred to after suffering neck pain,and to apply prior to doing recommended neck exercises.
