Great Product - makes spotting my luggage simple - I have since purchased 2 of these straps - one for myself and one for a gift. I travel very frequently and having the strap on my generic suitcase makes it really simple for me to spot it coming off the luggage conveyor. All ready and waiting! - Ordered these luggage straps as a surprise for the family (1 each, all with initials). The order process was straightforward and the package arrived within the alloted time scale. They look fab, printed as requested and in a fantastic bright yellow. They seem plenty long enough and sturdy. Despite the fact that our bags, like most peoples, are black I don't think we will have any trouble spotting them now! Wow gift - Bought large cushion for gift with idea being to buy 'heart shaped' design (hence review title) but rather than take the money and run - was contacted to say image wouldn't work very well in that shape and suggested alternatives which really worked well. Just went that extra mile and thought about the customer and not just the easy option - nice to see the personal touch from what is usually a fully automated process type supply. My daughter needs an eye mask to sleep!!! - My daughter (adult) can only sleep with an eye mask as any light affects her sleep pattern. She has tried many types but has found that things like shape and material have never given her a product that has performed to her complete satisfaction. Until now. The silk, comfortable (easily adjusted) mask purchased from JetRest has met her every requirement. She now enjoys peaceful, sleep filled nights. Excellent product. Lovely colours - I bought one for myself and then ordered another for a friend. The pillow has no sharp edges and is comfortable where ever you place it. Beautiful personalised present - I bought 2 of these cushions for Xmas presents, a smaller one for my niece of her and her horse to take back to college which nearly brought her to tears, and a larger one for my Mum, who is now in a nursing home with memory loss after a stroke, with family photos, so she can look at it every day. This photo cushion exceeded our expectations - We ordered this cushion as a last minute Christmas gift for the grandparents. The delivery was so quick. I was worried about the quality but as you couldn't see your actual collage on the cushion but I was so pleasantly surprised when the cushion arrived, the quality of both the printing and the actual cushion was amazing.
