Personalised Cushions - We ordered two for as a sentimental, as well as a Christmas present. We hade a slight issue with the picture on one of the cushions. Sent them an email on the 24th December and this was resolved instantly. This all happened over the Christmas period and new cushion arrived on the 27th. WOW. The customer service is second to none. my wife's lifeline - my wife (bless her) suffers from back ache, especially after she has done the decorating. This wheat bag should be the answer to her long 'sufferings', or I could help with the decorating. Irreplaceable - This is my second purchase (Xmas pressie for my hubby) because I love mine so much! I bought one on the service of an osteopath who treated a very sore and achey shoulder, and she told me hear was my friend. She was spot on, and I apply the bag after exercise which really relieves my symptoms. It's also wonderful to relax with at the end of a busy day (and a quick blast in the microwave is so much cheaper than turning up the heating a notch!) I couldn't be without it now!
