David Williams - Really excellent, my wife had a recent knee replacement operation and was still experiencing pain but since using the wheatybag there has been a significant improvement. Lovely and cosy little cushions. - I purchased these to heat and place on my hip which had been sore and for Tetzies Syndrome (Inflamation of the cartilage in the ribcage). Could not do without my wheatybag - My first bag I bought was in November 2012, and it lasted for about 6 months, I'm now on my second bag. I suffer from a muscle condition of the neck and shoulders and working on a computer all day at work, makes the pain worse and the wheatybag heated up realieves the pain. Excellent value! - I bought two personalised luggage straps - and got two free. Very good quality and easily adjustable to be able to fit our largest suitcases, and our smaller bag. my mum thinks this item is excellent - my mum has been suffering lately with arthritis in her upper back. I bought her the neck and shoulder wheatybag and it has really helped her. Sleep Mask - I have had several of these Jet Rest eyemasks. I find sleeping when there is light impossible. These really do the trick and fit well and yet are comfortable to wear. Highly recommended. (Kate, 07/06/2013)

Warmth to my aching joints! - A superb item. Because of the bag having three sections the wheat does not settle at one end when placed over a joint, so much easier to drape over my side to rest on my hip. I would recommend this to anyone who needs warmth/cold on any joint. (Duni2, 06/06/2013)

Luggage Straps - I bought these luggage straps as I was so fed up trying to locate my suitcases either from the airport carousel or a cruise terminal. Well, these straps have certainly made the life of my husband so much easier. We came off the cruise ship and within minutes we were able to find the suitcases and trolley them off to the waiting car ( the straps were bright yellow with orange letters so easy to identify ). Great for neck pain - I got one of these cushions on my wife's encouragement as I often get a stiff neck and shoulders, leading to headaches. I am really impressed by the relief offered by this heat pack, and by how comfortable it is as a cushion. I went for the lavender scenting, as recommended by some other reviewers, and it's a really nice bonus to have. I would recommend this product to pretty much anybody. (Dan, 29/05/2013)

Excellent Service - This was the first time we had even contemplated buying personalised straps for our cases. Being disabled i have a distinct disadvantage when it comes to identifying cases and usually end up waiting till everyone has taken theirs and the ones left must be mine. My portable black out blind! - I bought the JetRest Luxury Eye Mask in pink after much research on the internet looking for the ultimate eye mask. I also read a lot of the positive reviews on this site. I suffer from bouts of insominia and am a very light sleeper. I can't sleep with any light in the room, be it daylight or even a TV on standby. Black out blinds only help so much, as the light still creeps in around them. This eye mask is great, it does provide complete black out, as long as you arrange it properly on your nose, you can move your eyes with complete freedom, so it's like being in a darkened room. It is soft enough to wear sleeping on your side (obviously it will move around a little depending on how much you move - but not significantly), and is great for afternoon naps as it blocks out all the light. I have also worn it on flights. I now take it everywhere with me, and have been raving about it to anyone who will listen! (Smarls, 24/05/2013)

Travel Pillow - Having travelled to Australia using the inflatible travel pillow which I found not that comfortable as I have a neck problem. I invested in the travel pillow which I used to good effect on this trip to Australia. I found that I averaged approx 5hrs straight sleep and also dosed without neck ache on the 13hr flight from Hong Kong, plus 4hrs sleep on the Sydney to Hong Kong leg.
