Heat at last - I ordered this product for my sister who is suffering with a bad neck problem at present, she has been told that heat directly onto the area will help so i ordered the heat pack for her birthday. Pleasing for my elderly mum - I bought this for my mum who is 91 and she needed to warm her feet in bed and this is just perfect! The aroma of lavender is a bonus along with the lovely warmth it provides for her. Only two minutes in the microwave and the smell of lavender makes her bed time something to look forward too! Lavender scented eye mask is recommended - I had been diagnosed with Blepharitis and found the constant warming up of a flannel an irritation. My daughter-in-law recommended your site. The wheaty bag has been excellent and does a great job of warming my eyes, in fact better than the flannel procedure. I also get to chill for 10 minutes - an added bonus. Good value luggage straps - I recently bought luggage straps on this site on behalf of my aged mother for her grandson. Service was efficient, delivered very quickly. The "buy 2 get 2 free" offer (BTGTF does not sound as good as BOGOF but the offer was great) enabled me to keep the spare set as a present for my son, who clearly has the same surname as my mum's other grandson. Lovely cosy slippers - I recently purchased the microwave fluffy slippers for my daughter as she suffers from cold feet. She absolutely loves them. The slippers themselves are so fluffy and warm with the added bonus that you can alsopop them in the microwave for those extra chilly nights. I would definately buy them again. wheaty bags - I suffer from painful wrists probably a mild form of arthritis, when they get painful in cold weather I pop the wheaty bag into the microwave and apply to the painful area...almost instant relief would recommend this item for fellow sufferers (john campbell, 27/10/2012)

Daughter & puppy love this lamb. - Bought the lamb some years ago for my daughter. It's soft, cuddly and easy to heat up in the microwave.(Good value for money) She loves it. When we got our puppy I used the lamb in the puppy's bed for company and warmth at night. She also loves it. The puppy won't give it up now so ordered another one for my daughter. I love warm toes - After several accidents with rubber bottles I decided to give these a go.They are well made using good quality fabrics as you would expect being made in Britain.They stay hot for around 2 hours. I did not get Lavender so I can't comment on that, neither did I get them personalised. I would recommend to anyone. (Anne, 25/10/2012)

OK now - Returning customer with The Hot bottle size being bought for the first time. We started with removing the outer bag when warming as advised in the notes, but found by experimenting it kept warmer / longer with the bags left on, warming in the micro. What to get someone who has everything and needs nothing.... - Speaks for itself really, my mother turned 70 and she didn't need or want anything...so personalised luggage straps (along with new luggage) seemed the only option. The service I received during the ordering process was brilliant…I ordered them at quite short notice, but was able to collect them directly from the warehouse which was a lifesaver, ensuring I had them in time to be wrapped. The quality is very good and went down a treat as a surprise gift, they have been suitably ridiculed for having their names on their suitcases by friends and family, but also never have their cases approached by strangers on the carousels anymore. All in all a winner for me! I will definitely use this website again, I had no idea there were so many travel related things available…plenty more birthdays to think about and might even get my own luggage strap as a stocking filler. good product - Have bought 2 of these bags to wrap around my wrist that is recovering from surgery, they are just the right size, i strap them on with a bandage.
