Best cushions I’ve bought and great customer service ! - I purchased two of these, one for myself and one as a gift. The quality is far better than others I’ve bought elsewhere, and when I realised I had chosen the wrong size the company happily changed it for me when I contacted them. Water bottle - What an excellent company. I had delivery of the item within 36 hours despite ordering at 11pm and paying for standard delivery. Lovely product, great customer service - A great company with terrific customer service. I ordered a cushion but sadly the print was not as I had expected. Emailed the company and received a response the same day. Suffice to say I received a lovely replacement cushion within a few days with the correct print. This company responds very quickly to emails and solves problems immediately, Will most certainly use again and will recommend to friends and family. Perfect gift - I bought one of these with a photo of my eldest boy with his siblings, it was meant to be from his siblings to him for his birthday but its safe to say we've all tried to take the pillow for ourselves. It was easy to place the order-just upload the photo and the cut it out for you and it arrived really quickly. It came well packaged and the materials are great quality. Excellent quality and service - This was a farewell present for some friends immigrating. I had issues submitting my photo, when contacting customer services they made the process simple. I requested to see the product before purchase which they allowed. When the product arrived the quality of the eyemask was luxurious and my friends we super impressed with the quirky idea of this. Very happy - I’ve bought personalised photo bunting several times now. It’s great to have a choice of colours for the ribbon as well as a choice of flag shape. This time I selected the rectangular flags as the photo seems to be better set on the flag. I’ve had triangular ones before and there’s limited space for the full photo sometimes. I noticed that care seemed to have been taken to ensure the photos were centred on the flags on my latest order, which was great. The product itself provides lovely memories and a talking point for guests as well as being reusable year on year. Personalised photo pencil case - My friends two daughters had recently been given an adored puppy. A photo of him was put on the front and another on the back of the pencil case. The name of the dog and each daughter was also on each case. Their excitement on receiving this was incredible and they could not wait to get to school to show it off.
