This was bought as a gift for a colleague who was retiring to travel. It was initially for a bit of fun but turned out to be the gift she loved the best. She is looking forward to getting a lot of use from the items when she is free to travel when Covid19 is no longer spoiling her plans.

I popped it in the micro for a couple of minutes & the heat (pretty hot) lasts for ages. I wear it whilst I’m working at home & really helps ease the pain of arthritis in my neck. It’s long enough to cover both shoulders too. Added bonus of lavender makes this a very pleasant, drug free, relaxing experience. Recommended by my NHS physiotherapist & I’m grateful. Excellent quality, life the hot pink - suitably priced & quick delivery. Will probably buy more as Xmas presents.

Relief!

I had used wheaty bags before for the relief of arthritis pain in my elderly father so when my partner got frozen shoulder I bought this pad and it has really helped to control his pain, give him relief, and allow him to have hours and hours of comfortable sleep. Spend a little bit extra for the lavender as it promotes easy sleep
