Combination luggage straps - This is the second set of straps I have ordered and the customer service and quick delivery time was again faultless. The special offer meant that they were even better value for money. I had HIS and HERS printed so I've got another set to give as presents. Printed cushion - Surprise gift for my wife as everybody knows the house rules of 'needing' 136 cushions in the house !!!!!! So found the perfect picture and went via the online assistant - easy to do and nice customer touch was contact from company advising me of option via email - there are real people here ... Cushion arrived and it's great - good colour and good quality. And heh it's a British company ..... Even better. Well done happy snaps - now what else do we need .... Great for my Ankylosing Spondylitis - Heats up quickly in microwave and gives my shoulders and neck relief when I am in pain. Also my daughter in law now has one as well for her prolapsed disc in her neck and it helps her when she has a flair up. (Keith, 25/09/2013)

Genuine relief for my osteoarthritis - I've tried various aids for this ailment over a number of years with the only medical treatment being painkillers which have to be restricted in use. My problem lies mainly in the lower spinal region and although I've tried other manufactures of heat packs none have given the simple relief that I get from my Large Wheat Bag. (Myra S., 25/09/2013)

These are perfect! - I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is nicknamed the suicide disease as it is considered to be the worst known pain to man. After failed brain surgery my facial nerve is now damaged and I cannot bear it to feel even slightly cold. Normally I can't tolerate anything touching my face but these are perfect. They keep the left side of my face warm and sit there like a very warm, cozy cushion. I've recommended them to everyone and I back here to buy 2 more! Thank you. Brilliant to have them this size! I bought this travel cushion for my son. - I needed a small travel cushion for my son to take away with him to Florida and found this one. The fact that it could be personalised was brilliant and he loved it. It took awhile to be delivered not helped by the fact i picked a wording colour that needed to be altered but it did arrive before he left for his holiday so i was very pleased. When i did contact them they were responsive and helpful so cant ask for more.. Will order with them again and recommend (yvonne, 19/09/2013)

Personalised Luggage Straps - Just what we needed to quickly identify our cases among the thousands of luggage items in the baggage reclaim hall at Southampton Cruise Terminal. Directors Review of the Photo Doorstop - Wow ! I have to say the photo door stop is a fabulous eye catching photo gift and we have all been very impressed with how this brand new product has turned out. We use our luxury photo fabric to print onto all 4 sides and also the top of the doorstop and have a great non-slip fabric on the base so the doorstop will work on wooden flooring. Excellent service - The product was delivered really quickly. The post office sent it back before we had time to collect it!! Super large wheat bags - Bought 1 super large wheat bag to put heat onto sore arm the heat lasted a lot longer than using a hot water bottle, heats really quickly and easy in microwave, so impressed with wheat bag that with in a week I ordered a second wheat bag, also liked how you can personalise then would definitely recommend wheatybags products (Jackie, 18/09/2013)

Directors Review of Bagpuss, the microwavable heat toy - I love these Bagpuss microwave toys.  They sell and sell every Christmas and through winter as they are made to the higtest quality and by a very reputable factory we have used for many years.  These hot toys are made in lovely soft fur and will not dissapoint anyone receiving them. The JetRest Personalised Combination Luggage Straps - I also placed an order for these luggage straps, I was kept informed on a regular basis on their progress. The turn around from order to order being received was very quick. We went for 2nd class post no need for quicker, we had them within a week, neat draw string case comes with each one. So relaxing and great customer service. - I ordered a fleece eye mask because my eye has been watering intermittently for a while, when it arrived I had been sent a cotton one so I contacted wheatybags and they very kindly sent me the fleece one free of charge, it turns out after trying both I prefer the cotton one! I have used it every night and now look forward to 10 mins of relaxing with the lovely lavender smell, my eye is also much improved, I don't know whether this is down to the eye mask but I'm certainly not going to stop using it to find out!
