Excellent service - The product was delivered really quickly. The post office sent it back before we had time to collect it!! Super large wheat bags - Bought 1 super large wheat bag to put heat onto sore arm the heat lasted a lot longer than using a hot water bottle, heats really quickly and easy in microwave, so impressed with wheat bag that with in a week I ordered a second wheat bag, also liked how you can personalise then would definitely recommend wheatybags products (Jackie, 18/09/2013)

Directors Review of Bagpuss, the microwavable heat toy - I love these Bagpuss microwave toys.  They sell and sell every Christmas and through winter as they are made to the higtest quality and by a very reputable factory we have used for many years.  These hot toys are made in lovely soft fur and will not dissapoint anyone receiving them. The JetRest Personalised Combination Luggage Straps - I also placed an order for these luggage straps, I was kept informed on a regular basis on their progress. The turn around from order to order being received was very quick. We went for 2nd class post no need for quicker, we had them within a week, neat draw string case comes with each one. Great Luggage Tag - I bought the photo luggage tag for my mum for her birthday, as she travels a lot and thought it was quite a personal touch, she absolutely love it, good quality plastic and the photo has come out really clear, very please, am now ordering for my dad too! So relaxing and great customer service. - I ordered a fleece eye mask because my eye has been watering intermittently for a while, when it arrived I had been sent a cotton one so I contacted wheatybags and they very kindly sent me the fleece one free of charge, it turns out after trying both I prefer the cotton one! I have used it every night and now look forward to 10 mins of relaxing with the lovely lavender smell, my eye is also much improved, I don't know whether this is down to the eye mask but I'm certainly not going to stop using it to find out! Excellent Straps ! - Just a couple of days before leaving for our holiday, I decided to purchase some suitcase straps. Found these on the internet and the multi packs were excellent value. Rang the company and discussed the short notice and was assured they would be dispatched immediately. And they were! Arrived next day. Strong, very well made, excellent fastenings and brightly coloured. I chose not to have them personalised even though I had been reassured I would still receive them next day. Great holiday with no worries about suitcase accidents and we were away from the luggage carousel with our stand-out luggage in record time - the brightly coloured, easily recognised straps around all our suitcases saw to that. A nice little bonus was that you can choose to have a little material pouch to store each one in at no extra charge and they are all now packed away inside our cases ready for our next holiday. Directors Review of the Dye Sub Promotional Mugs - These mugs are really shiny and excellent quality for a white dye sub mug. I was asked for mugs in small quantities but the set-up fee was cumbersome for ordering so now we have an optional set up on our dye sub branded mugs. For smaller orders simply select "No" to the set up, place the order and load the artwork and that's it, we go straight into production ! It saves you time and money though if we do spot anything wrong on the artwork we will call you first... but only if we spot it ! These mugs are great for office clients, or as corporate gifts and we even have packaging options and can despatch straight to your client plain cover if you prefer. Fabulous cushion - Everybody loves my wonderful photo cushions of my fabulous dogs. They have put in requests for Xmas and birthday presents. Better than my last wheat bag - I thought a wheat bag was just that. This one however is sewn into compartments so that it doesn't all fall onto one side of my neck. I love the very soft fleece cover that is removable and washable and I can relax with the beautiful scent of heated lavender. Buy one of these! - This is the best wheat bag ever. The bag itself is divided up into three areas so instead of all the wheat going to the ends, you get an even coverage. I have cervical spondylosis and this stays put where I need it, one section at the back of my neck and one each side - heaven. I wish I had found these long ago. (Nialls Nanna, 06/09/2013)

Directors Review of the Imported Cotton Shopper Bag - Its seems a travesty that we supply imported cotton shopper bags on our British Made Promotional Merchandise web site in many ways. That said, the reality is that cotton shopper bags for promotional merchandise are imported at such low cost that it would be pointless in not offering you this option. At the end of the day, our British Made Bags that we supply tend to be to a bespoke size or shape or colour or fabric and no way can we manufacture a simple bag as cheaply as the imported bags. Chemotherapy patient - These hand heat packs are a great help in combatting the nerve damage in hands and feet due to the type of chemo I am on for the second time. They are quick and convenient to heat in a microwave, relieve pain and further damage and aid recovery. Unfortunately the first order was dispatched but did not arrive. However, a call to Customer Services resulted in a second package being sent and tracked so I could sign for it. Good service! (I.I., 05/09/2013)

wonderful sleep! - I searched the net for these eye masks. They are perfect for me. I often sleep during the day due to Migraines. They block out the light except for a small amount at the bottom of the mask but it is not a problem. The best part is no pressure against the eye due to the mask being shaped, which is brilliant for women who wear mascara! I bought three for all of my family. Great for family - Purchased two Personalized sets ; one for my wife and another for my daughter with totally different initials. Great cushion following my operation! - I bought this cushion to help following my recent hysterectomy .. It was ideal to slip under the seat belt to travel home and has been useful whilst recovering. The item is very good quality and love the way I can wash the cover.
