Wheat bag - Found this product to be good for neck and shoulder pain. as it is shaped to fit around the neck, i gently warms the whole area comfortably without moving about. The removable washable cover is a good thing as it stops the whole heat pack becoming un hygienic. (Geoff Casewell, 28/02/2021)

mask - good but as I wear hearing aids it would be great if yuou could make some with long elastics on to avoid hanging even more on my ears. Your elastics tend to pull the hearing aids out and I can loose them easily not wanted when they cost several hundred pounds (jANET, 28/02/2021)
