Good after some perseverance - I ordered the standard filled pillow with lavender and organic cotton removable cover. If I'd known then what I know now, I'd have ordered the deep filled one with lavender and wouldn't have paid extra for the organic cotton. The lavender is a wonderful addition and the pillow smells great, so that is a definite plus, but I found the standard filling wasn't enough and I had to buy extra buckwheat from another supplier (Wheatybags don't sell extra buckwheat). The pillow cover is, in my opinion, completely unnecessary since you can just use the sort of ordinary pillowcase or pillow protector you'd use on any other pillow (it's also made of a very stiff material which doesn't have as much flexibility as an ordinary pillowcase). It's really good that the pillow has a zip and so can easily be topped up or have buckwheat taken out, but it would be helpful if there was more information on the website about what the standard filling consists of, because I was very surprised by how flat it was. My first couple of nights sleeping on it (before topping it up) were not good, and it's taken me more than a week of trial and error with adding and removing extra buckwheat to find the right amount of filling for me. I'm still getting used to it, but I am sleeping better now and the neck and shoulder pain I'd been suffering with for months is certainly improving. After reading rave reviews about how the pillow had cured other people's pain almost instantly I was a bit disappointed that it didn't work so quickly for me, but perseverance does seem to be paying off. My advice for anyone buying one of these pillows is to include the lavender and if you're unsure about the filling, buy the deep filled version. On the whole I'm pleased with my purchase and glad I bought it, but I've only given it 4 stars because of the amount of filling. (Lorna, 08/02/2021)

PURPLE WHEATY - I was recommended to have a wheaty by my phtsio for my shoulder! Its really helped and so quick to warm in tne microwave. I take care to ensure to only heat as long as it says on the ticket on the pad,its self. very sensible to have it on the otem so that there is less risk of burning yourself. Large Square Wheaty Bag - This large Square Wheaty bag sits comfortably across my shoulder and the top of my right arm, which I hurt several weeks ago, and seems to stay in place. Paid for but not delivered - I ordered this product for my father on 1st January. He is housebound, so couldn't miss a delivery. I have tried to contact WheatyBags by phone and email. Warm and cosy - Love this wheaty, hasn't left my side since it arrived, and I'm having to wrestle my husband for it - I will need to get him his own! I chose the fleece fabric, so it is extra warm. I find it takes a while before it holds its heat for any length of time, but after the third warming of the day, it stays warm for ages, and is much better and safer than a hot water bottle. Slightly disappointed that there is a line of stitching running through the inscription, but other than that, full marks. (Barley, 04/02/2021)

Ideal - Wearing both glasses and hearing aids I was constantly having my glasses steam up and my hearing aids being dislodged with conventional face masks. However, since wearing this face mask I no longer encounter these problems. I would recommend these masks. (Stevew, 04/02/2021)

Perfect Pillow - I ordered 2 small pillows to serve as cushions on our new sofa. Delivery was when expected and the product is exactly as described. Good quality fabric and finish. Fantastic - I bought this for my nan’s 83rd birthday in January - she has bad arthritis which particularly affects her neck, shoulders and upper arms giving her shooting pains and making her dizzy. She absolutely loves this and it is by far the best heat product she’s owned after trying many different items on the market. I’m told it’s really versatile and she has used it as pictured, and also placed down her arm to help shoulder pain and over her knees. She loves the colour and the fact that it had an option for no scent. It arrived quickly, arriving on her birthday. I’ll soon be buying another for myself and my mum for our own aches and pains. Best purchase in a year - I bought this to help ease super tight traps from hunching closer to my tiny work laptop with all these home working days due to Covid. I’ve used it daily since it’s arrived. Not only is it perfect for tour neck and upper back, it’s great to wrap around your feet, or lay across your side and lower back while in bed. I also cuddled it to sleep once in the midst of a fever/chills night thanks to a viral bug and it was so comforting. 10/10 Have recommended it to colleagues and friends already. I would say to spring for the bags with more seams so the wheat stays in place like the one I got, as I imagine without it, it would be pretty annoying. Stiff neck - I spend a lot of time at my sewing machine and often end up with stiff shoulders which can lead to a painful neck. I have had a straight wheat bag for a long time but have recently bought the T shaped one which is even better. It is very soothing especially with the lavender in and really helps ease my neck particularly if I use it before it gets too bad. (Hilary, 03/02/2021)
