Perfect Gift, so happy - I fell upon this site by accident looking for cushions. They were the only ones that did a Pillow size. Adding the pictures were a little difficult to understand but don't let that put you off because it was 70% operator error and 30% impatience because it was a little slower and I could only add 1 pic at a time. But the over all result was FANTASTIC. The quality of the print far far exceeded my expectation and the clarity and detail of the pictures was amazing. But what really made it was the customer service. A wonderful lady called Becky kept me entertained while I tired to work out the picture bit. My order arrived on time, if not a little sooner than expected and they keep you informed all the way through your order. I will defiantly be using them again for all my needs. A lovely gìft to my parents in these times when we can't meet in person - I haven't actually seen the chshion myself yet but my parents are very pleased with their surprise gift of a picture of their great greatson on a cushion.My mum said the colours are vibrant,the picture is clear and the fabric nice to touch. The order got processed quickly and shipping directly to Austria was not too expensive and most importantly got delivered well before my mum's birthday. Good service, good design and good quality; needs re-heating - Delivered as stated and is a well made, good quality product. It fits well; up on and around the back half of the neck and down the upper back / across shoulder as needed. I find it easier to hold in place with a scarf but I've not seen a better shaped one. My only slight disappointment is that I don't find that it holds the heat for very long, hence 4 stars. I had a similar type of cushion before, which lasted longer, but I presume that had artificial filling and not this, natural wheat filling (which I like to have). It is just a question of re-warming in the microwave when needed. (Charlie, 01/12/2020)

Great! - This is my second wheat bag. My first one had lasted really well but got burnt in the microwave when I accidentally put it in for much longer than required. I got the bigger one this time as my pain is neck and shoulder, it provides good coverage. I have also used my wheat bag while pregnant in the past and it’s really lovely for pregnancy aches and pains. Just don’t be tempted to put it in the microwave for longer than it says! Easy to use - I wear glasses and two hearing aids and after lengthening the upper elastic strap, I have found these masks easy to pull up over my face quickly without interfering with my hearing aids. Thank you! Would suggest an improvement though - a nose band so that I can shape the top of the mask around my nose for an even better fit! (Heather , 30/11/2020)

Head over masks - Great idea, which has improved my shopping and interaction tremendously. Fitting, hearing aids, glasses and a mask over my ears was impossible . on two occasions I almost lost the hearing aids at the supermarket. With my headover mask I can carry on as normal. Excellent - My daughter had corrective surgery for scoliosis when she was young. The rods inserted in her spine cause her to suffer from bad back ache from time to time. She finds the heat pad easy to use and very helpful in significantly reducing the pain (JillD, 29/11/2020)
