Don’t be put off by the ‘old fashioned’ looking website! I had a problem uploading my pictures, e-mailed for advice and my query was answered and sorted almost immediately.
The product was also much better than I expected considering the price!
I would definitely shop with them again.

I love my photo cushion

I am really pleased with my photo cushion, it's a Christmas gift for by friend. I found the items reasonably priced and website easy to use. I was surprised at the finished product as I was worried it may look rubbish but it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Good customer service ~ lovely organic face mask

This is small in face mask size, not in going around the head. I prefer this type and when I ordered a second one, of the 'normal' size it came with faulty elastic and I could not even get it around my head! I sent emails with photos. They quickly checked the problem in their manufacture, and then offered to send me another one when they discovered that a batch of elastic they had received was not very good. I appreciated the good customer service and received the new mask very quickly. I prefer organic and was really happy to pay extra to get it!

Really happy with this item. Super cute. Considering it was personally printed,I think it was a quick delivery! Fantastic for the price. It says in the terms and conditions size can't be listed as depends on the picture sent in! But for a cushion for accessorial reasons I was more than happy with the size.

Works well

I suffer from dry eyes due to blocked ducts on my eyelids, I bought this product to help and I have been very impressed with the results. After a couple of days of use my symptoms have gone, of course I will have to continue using the product regularily but it's so much better than drugs and drops.
I chose the luxury fabric option and I am pleased with the quality, it seems to be a robust covering and should last a very long time

Wheat Bag

I have used this as a heat pack and put them in bed half an hour before retiring. They retain heat well, and provided they are heated according to instructions, do not burn or overheat in the microwave. The product is well made and the only one I’ve found that is segmented, which is crucial in preventing all the filling falling to the ends as some versions do. This keeps the heat evenly distributed, essential for neck pain. Excellent product, I bought one as a gift, and have recently bought two more for personal use. Highly recommend.
